[cisco-voip] VG224 T38

We solved one part of our problem. We loaded IOS 12.3.13 to the Gateway and
applied the commands recommendes in the Release Notes for Cisco Unified
CallManager Release 4.2(3) 
• no mgcp fax t38 inhibit
• mgcp package-capability fxr-package
• no ccm-manager fallback-mgcp

Everthing works fine with G729b codec. If we switch to PCMU (G711u) we can make
calls from the Gatway to a phone using G711. However if I want to make a call
to a analog phone attached to the VG224 with G711 the phone rings. I can pick
up the phone but the caller gets a ringing tone from the gateway.

Any ideas why G711 behaves like this??
