I thought we were talking linestates?
Did you look at the TCD trace to see if it was sending linestate
updates?
In the AC console go to Settings->Advanced. Do you have the correct
IP address listed under the section "Local Host IP Address (for Line
State)". If you don't set one it will show the auto selected IP
address and the port TCD is sending to.
