If the Polycom VSX endpoints are relying on the gatekeeper, you'd have
to put dial plan information into the gatekeeper config:
gatekeeper
zone local ......
zone local callmanager ....
zone prefix callmanager 9*
This will make the gatekeeper send ARQs that begin with the digit 9
towards the "callmanager" zone, which is the zone the ccm trunk
registers itself to. I'm not sure of any other way to do this since CCM
doesn't provide the ability to register it's dial plan (or parts of the
dial plan) with a gatekeeper like voice gateways do.
