[cisco-voip] VMWI on analog phones with VG224

yes I got the stutter tone working, but I need the visual indication VMWI not the Audio indication.

I got it to work with just about any pots phone...

It isn't really MWI tho... it is actually stutter tone (so when they
pick up the receiver they hear a bizarre beeping).

Make sure you are running like 12.4.10 on the VG224...
