[cisco-voip] Resolved: CM6 CallManager service will not stay running

Fresh install and after further investigation the
problem WAS caused by an install of DHCP and No DNS
Client contrary to my original beliefs. Another Fresh
install with a Static IP and DNS Client resolved the
issue.
