[cisco-voip] a comparison of CCME configuration methods

There are three ways of configuring CCME, four if you
count QCT. I have only used the manual method and the
semi-automatic method with using ephone auto-reg. I
wanted to hear anyone's take on the other methods, in
particular, QCT/fully-automated installation where you
walk through a "wizard."

I find the ephone auto-reg to be quite useful. I
wanted to try the "wizard"-based configuration also
but wanted to hear others opinions on it first.
