[cisco-voip] IP Communicator 2.1(1) Crashes when ending call

I seem to be running into a problem with IP Communicator.  It launches and
seems to work fine, I can take a call and talk but then when you end the
call it continues to show the counter as though the call is there.
Eventually it starts to get sluggish and hang, non responsive, then you see
the CM is down message on IP Communicator display.

Anyone seen this?  I read the docs and bugs but none seem to point to an
issue when ending a call.

Just thought I would ask.
