[cisco-voip] no called party info on isdn q931

hi,

I have the following problem, there is no called Party Info in the ISDN 
debug, therefore the call could not be connectd correctly. The call will 
be connected but to the NULL number. I think this i why you need at 
least .T for incoming called number at the POTS dial peer. Is this a 
Cable and Wireless, which is the provider, problem? Or do I have done 
anything wrong.
