[cisco-voip] no called party info on isdn q931

contact your provider and ask for the digits.   otherwise, configure  
'connection plar' on the voice port to route the call to a default  
destination.

debug, therefore the call could not be connectd correctly. The call will
be connected but to the NULL number. I think this i why you need at
least .T for incoming called number at the POTS dial peer. Is this a
