Hi Kalle,
where are you located? This looks very much like our most excellent Austrian ISDN Setup. Which has cost me about 10 years of my total lifespan.
Basically we solve this by matching ^$ in a translation-profile on the voice-port and doing some stunts with overlap receiving and dialpeers to get this working.
