[cisco-voip] CCM 5.x /6.x on VMWare 5 workstation

CCM6 is the best to do, because it installs a demo license... for CCM
5, you will need to get the VMWare license that Cisco has (it is a
super secret, do don't tell anyone)...

Just set the drive to be 72GB (but let it grow automatically, don't
allocate space), and make sure you set it to IDE (otherwise you get a
Grub 17 error on the reboot).

I have installed both on VMWare Server GSX 3, Workstation 5 and 6 and ESX 3...
