[cisco-voip] BAT File format not included

So I have to add half a bazzion CTI Ports.  I figure I'll use the BAT tool.
I open the Bat.xls file to make a CTI Port CSV.  I make it the way I want it
and now when validating the File I get "the file does not include the File
Format"  What Am I doing wrong?
