[cisco-voip] AS5350 isdn voice port are down.Why

All,
I just got a chance to try the command show voice port summ on a AS5350 which has live traffic and shown as below,Gateway01#sh voice port summary                                      IN       OUTPORT      CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC========= == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==1/6:D     00   unknown    up    none none     none     y 1/6:D     01   unknown    up    none none     none     y 1/6:D     02   unknown    up    none none     none     y 1/7:D     00   unknown    up    none none     none     y 1/7:D     01   unknown    up    none none     none     y 1/7:D     02   unknown    up    none none     none     y but I tried it on another AS5350 in my lab, I got nothing,GW-LAB#sh voice port summary                                      IN       OUTPORT      CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC========= == ============ ===== ==== ======== ======== ==
 
But it will display the detail if you specify the port number, such as show voice port 3/0:D.
