[cisco-voip] FW: LDAP issue in CallManager v5.0

Have you checked the box to sync and authenticate with LDAP? Is the
Dir Svc running? Do you have an LDAP profile?

You need to run thru the LDAP options from top to bottom... make sure
everything is filled out and each is successful when you click add...
