 Thanks, Jonathan.  I checked these.  Do you have a way to check the LDAP
profile on AD.  I am not as AD proficient as on the CM side.  What I haven't
been able to locate is some good documentation on the setup of LDAP in CM.
Have you seen anything on this?

Have you checked the box to sync and authenticate with LDAP? Is the Dir Svc
running? Do you have an LDAP profile?

You need to run thru the LDAP options from top to bottom... make sure
everything is filled out and each is successful when you click add...
