[cisco-voip] MWI same phone, 2 Unity accounts

If you haven't resolved this yet, you were on the right path by setting
the group vm mwi to go to the IPCC agent extension.  Assuming the Call
Manager system parameter "Message Waiting Lamp Policy" is set to the
default value of "Primary Line Light and Prompt", you should be able set
the Message Waiting Lamp Policy parameter on each directory number to be
"Light and Prompt".  This will turn on the MWI and display the envelope
icon next to the line with the message.  Otherwise it will turn off mwi,
but should still leave the envelope prompt next to their personal
extension the user has personal vm.

The light will only come on if MWI is set on the FIRST line of the
phone, I am pretty sure there is no way around this.
