[cisco-voip] Benefits of CM 6 for Mgmt and End users?

>From a management stand point...... redundant partitions.  if upgrade goes
bad..... revert back to stable version.  upgrade the standby partitions on
all CM's then when your ready. reboot to new partition.  Upgrades that took
20 minutes per server time however many servers you have is now down to a 5
minute reboot per server.  That's enough for me.

4.1 does not support BLF where as 5.x and 6.x does.

4.1 is EOL so your going to have to upgrade one way or another.  4.3?

CIPTUG this year (Nov) there was a lot of talk and if it was not a new
install most people were on 4.1.  new installs were mostly 5.1.

6.1 is supposed to be out January.  Most all CIPTUG people were waiting for
it.

I personally am waiting for 6.1 to come out then will look at the upgrade
process.   By this summer I plan on being upgraded to 6.1.
