[cisco-voip] 7960 firmware upgrade

Hi,

Does any one has steps to install the SIP firmware on the 7940 phone set.
I have downloaded the SIP firmware version P0S3-08-8-00. I just want to
upgrade one phone set. I dont know exactly what are the *.cnf file required
for the phone set. I want to make this phone work with the SIP credentials
internet server.
