If you have 4.1(3) CDs you are good to go.
If you do NOT have 4.1(3) CDs and you have 4.1(2) CDs do NOT upgrade
to 4.1(3) until the sub is installed.
Safer still.
Do not upgrade the Publisher at all until the sub is up and running.
Then upgrade the Pub, then the Sub... then do the restore.
