[cisco-voip] Migrating to New Servers

The backup and restore is the way to go... the fun part is you can do
this during the day...

So, build the new server using the platform discs, hook it up to a
private VLAN (so it can do network lobe tests and talk to any sub you
are adding), make sure the box has the same IP address and hostname
and install the EXACT same version of CCM and BARS.

Restore your data.

Drop the servers into the same place.

One thing to check is if your current servers are doing DHCP or
anything, if so, migrate this as well.
