[cisco-voip] Monitoring a 2nd Line

You are correct, I have it setup as a translation pattern to his main
extension (1690). So are you saying to add a 2nd line to his phone, let's
say 1691, and change the translation pattern to 1691? Wouldn't he then have
to check 2 voicemails, though??
