[cisco-voip] CCO login problems

Well, you may want to check out Nortel's site, where there is no doco,
no downloads and a basic premise that you suck and you should be
punished for using their equipment.

Cisco's site kicks butt in comparison, yes, they have their login
hickups (and that thing a few years back where they deleted all of the
cco accounts), but generally, I can find what I am looking for pretty
quick.
