[cisco-voip] CCO login problems

i'm not arguing over the quality of content on CCO, in fact, the ease
of access to info on CCO is the reason why I am so frustrated that I
can't download anything.

I've cleared cache and cookies and tried IE and firefox and neither
work. No luck so far with the web-help at cisco.com address. They seem
to think I am having personal problems with my partner account.

If others are having this problem, please email web-help at cisco.com and
let them know they are having this issue.

thanks.
