[cisco-voip] Extended Services in CCM 5 or 6(autoattendant)

The "Extended Services" (CRA Engine) doesn't exist under CM5/CM6.  If 
you need the IVR functionality you need to install the included 5 port 
ipccx license on another (windows based) server.
