[cisco-voip] Unity: Cannot change SMTP address of a Internet Subscriber

I  have a subscriber that is set up as an Internet subscriber (not in
Exchange).  Their address has changed and every time I go to change it,
it reverts back to the original address.  I even went into the SQL table
and made the change, but it mysteriously changed back.  What the heck is
going on? 
 
I also tried to set up another Internet subscriber to replace this one,
but when I go to add a new subscriber, the Internet option is grayed
out.  The "Import Exchange User" is already selected and the radio
button is also grayed out..  Grrrrr.
 
Unity version 4.2(1).
 
Any help is appreciated.
