[cisco-voip] Unity Dial by name - cannot find subscriber

Check to make sure that they have recorded their name.  I don't think they 
appear in the directory until that is recorded.

[cisco-voip] Unity Dial by name - cannot find subscriber






We have had complaints about users not being able to locate a subscriber 
in the Dial-by-name directory.  The subscribers name does not come up in 
the local directory handler, but does come up in the default directory 
handler.  I checked the subscribers COS and it is correct and her name is 
listed as a subscriber under the COS page.
 
I checked the User page in callmanager and the name is spelled correctly, 
associated to a phone and primary extension is selected.  Other 
subscribers in this COS and directory handler work fine. 
 
I noticed under the COS: Profile page the Subscribers can choose to be 
listed or not is selected.  Is there any way to check id the user has 
selected this?
 
Has anyone had similar problems with the dial-by-name directory?
 
In am running CCM 4.1(3)es124 and Unity 5.0(1.0) VMO.
