[cisco-voip] CCM Traces

I am looking through the archives and see there are queries for finding 
911 calls in the CDR database.  However, I believe if the call is too 
short the call does not appear in the CDR database.  I was told by my 
manager that a former emplyee would enable a CCM trace that was able to 
track the 911 dialer even if it didn't appear in CDR.  Anyone know which 
one?
