[cisco-voip] VM notification to multiple destinations

Trying to find out if Unity 5.0 supports VM notification to multiple
devices. In unity 4X you can send VM notification to one phone and if
unsuccessful send it to another phone.  But we are running into the fact
that the first notification is going into the remote phone vm.  The problem
with this is that it's consider to be a successful notification and will not
roll to the second person/phone
