We normally point this to the operator/receptionist as if they entered
the wrong extension one, chances are they'll do it twice.

We used the advanced settings tool
<http://www.ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/UnityAdvancedSettingsTool.htm>
to "expose the error greeting for subscribers on the SA". By doing this,
you will see the "error" greeting in the drop down menu under standard,
alternate, closed, etc.
The error greeting is what allows you to capture incorrect input and
cycle itself back onto itself.
In the after greeting action, simply point it to itself and the user
will hear the departmental greeting over again.
