-I would imagine that the agents would have to remain on the cluster 
than IPCC express lives on.  With enterprise you could define specific 
device targets for the agents that are reachable across the ICT - not 
sure how this would work with express.

-Depending on the Unity TSP installed, you should be able to get Unity 
talking to both clusters at the same time.

-Don't be afraid of the migration, it doesn't take that long to do.  We 
just completed a 4.1(3) to 6.0(1) migration this weekend - granted the 
DMA and 6.0(1) install took place ahead of time, but we probably spent 
about 3 hours getting gateways/phones/etc. moved to the new cluster and 
verifying everything.  Add on a few more hours for the subscriber build.
