[cisco-voip] Call Manager 6 upgrade and IPCC-X

The shortest was about six hours... The time consuming part is not
uploading the scripts and prompts, it is recreating all of the skills
and applying them to resources...

SnagIt is the most useful thing in the world here... cuz you can grab
screenshots of every application and every variable setting...

You also need to convert your scripts (just open them and save them
with the new editor)...
