[cisco-voip] "party is on the phone" feedback message.

Hello,
  When I call my wife's mobile and she is already on the line, she gets
an alert that I'm calling her, and on my handset I hear the ringing but
also get a message that says "party is on the phone" on my mobiles
display.

  My problem is the Nortel BCM I just replaced with CCM 6.0 Business
Edition did the same thing.  Does anyone know of a feature within 6 to
provide this feedback message to the caller or a 3rd party application
to do the same thing?  All my phones are 7941G-GE running SCCP if it
matters.
