[cisco-voip] IPCC 5.0 and CallManager 6.0

Everyone, just a head's up on this.

Cisco is not shipping SQL discs with IPCC 5.0 for upgrades, this is
per usual for Cisco, they expect you to use the SQL discs for your
previous version.

However, IPCC 5.0 will ONLY work with the SQL disc that comes with it
(I had to escalate through my account team to get the correct CD).

Also, after setting up a few JTAPI triggers and a CTI Call Control
group, I was unable to call into IPCC... the calls would get a fast
busy and the detailed CCM trace showed 'no potential matches'...
indicating a CSS problem.

After some troubleshooting, we restarted the CCM service on both CCM
servers and the calls worked fine.

Weird.
