[cisco-voip] IPCC 5.0 and CallManager 6.0

So how did you end up getting the disks? Is there a part number that you can
order when ordering IPCC 5.0 that will ship the SQL disk?
I also find it odd that they are not shipping SQL with the Unity
5.xbundles. If you need it you have to order it as a diffrent part
number.
