[cisco-voip] global knowledge gateway course

Yes, I have taken the course in the UK, I found it very useful and
filled in a lot of the blanks and provided information I was unaware of,
some of the gatekeeper stuff I thought was a bit much as I could not a
need to ever use it, but I suppose if you are going to take the exam
then you need to learn it.

 

If you want any more information on what is in the course manuals let me
now.

 

I would definitely recommend taking it, especially if your company is
paying.

has anyone taken the global knowledge gateway course? it seems like it
would be good. i'm looking to become more familiar with configuring IOS
based gateways and SRST (if you haven't figured that out already with my
