[cisco-voip] CME Date/Time Group Question

Where would I set the time zone for a specific phone on CME? I have a
single phone that is displaying the wrong time. It's 7 hours behind the
rest of the phones so I'm assuming it's the time zone.
Co-worker things it may be a bug, I can't find a matching bug id.
