[cisco-voip] pickup group members wanna see caller ID

hi

i got 2851 CCME.  I created pickup group and members of this group can pick up the call by first pressing GPickUp softkey and then ' * ' star key.  
but when they do this the outside call automatically asnwered from the user who is picking up.
what i need is picking up users should be able to see the outside caller ID before they answered the call.
Because users says if the outside callers is not a customer i dont wanna answer the call even if i pickup the call.

I suggested hunt group but customer donw wana use hunt group pilot number.  Customers dial directly DID number not pilot number.

any idea?
