[cisco-voip] Upgrade from CCM3.3 and CRS 3.1 to CCM5.1 and CRS 4.5

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm seriously considering that IPCC users be put on a seperate cluster. Upgrade the cluster only when necessary. When we last talked to our Cisco team there seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel with respect to concurrent support for previous versions of IPCC.

  I know I need to upgrade them to CCM4.1 before I can go to 5.1..

  Do I need to go to IPCC 4.0 before 4.5, or can I go straight from CRS3.1 to 4.5?

  And is it really an upgrade or is it some disaster-fest, where I need to rebuild the IPCC applications.
