[cisco-voip] Upgrade from CCM3.3 and CRS 3.1 to CCM5.1 and CRS 4.5

Well, the SOW says to upgrade them from CCM 3.3(3) to CCM 5.1(1) and
CRS 3.1to CRS
4.5(2)

To that end, I am not filled with a great many options.

I am not too concerned about the CCM upgrade (new servers coming in)...

I know I can upgrade CRS 3.1 to 4.0 without too much difficulty (in
theory... In practice, I am sure I am going to be contemplating using a
shotgun as a straw).

But the upgrade to CRS 4.5 has me spooked.
