[cisco-voip] SMDI Cable Pinout from Octel 250 to VG-248

Does anyone know the RJ45 to RJ45 pinout pattern for an SMDI cable from the
Octel to VG248?  I can't find anything anywhere.  Any help would be
appreciated.
