[cisco-voip] A log full of "Transient Connection Attempt"

Hi,
i have a cluster with 2 CCMs 4.2(1)sr1b.
In the event viewer log of the windows, i have hundreds of logs of all 
the ipphones,
including those in the same lan of CCM!!, with the error message 
"Transient Connection Attempt".

What exactly is this?
Is this normal for the phones even at the same physical lan as CCM?
