[cisco-voip] CiscoTSP -- how well does it work?

Hi there,

Anyone else have issues with CiscoTSP on PCs?  I have a client where it works fine on a few PCs but they can't get it to work on a majority of their PCs. In some cases it will work after awhile out of the blue.  I have also had the same problem on my PC and my lab call manager and nothing special installed on my PC that is blocking traffic.
