[cisco-voip] CiscoTSP -- how well does it work?

I assume you're using the TSP for dialing contacts directly from Outlook. I
also have had the same problem getting it to work for no real rhyme or
reason. I could not get the directory number to show up, and then suddenly
it does. I created a word doc on my experience and what I did to get it to
work, but again, sometimes it just won't work!

Hi there,

Anyone else have issues with CiscoTSP on PCs?  I have a client where it
works fine on a few PCs but they can't get it to work on a majority of their
PCs. In some cases it will work after awhile out of the blue.  I have also
had the same problem on my PC and my lab call manager and nothing special
installed on my PC that is blocking traffic.
