[cisco-voip] CCM "provide out-side dial tone" problem

Dear All,

I have a route pattern "9" in CCM 4.02 which pointing to a voice gateway,
the voice gateway have severial dial-peers with destination pattern begging
with 9 (such as 91315T, 91206T... etc). What I tried to do is when user dial
"9", he/she can hear a dial tone from CCM and then he/she can dial the
following digits(ex: 13153824604) and gateway will pick the matched
dial-peer to send the digits to remote site voice gateway and then to PSTN
for toll saving. I already check the "provide outside dial tone" in route
pattern, but there is no dial tone provided after dialing "9". What else
configuration I need to do in CCM or in voice gateway? Any comments will be
truely grateful. Thanks a lot.
