[cisco-voip] 4.1(3) > User > Global Directory > Associate Device to User > Could not update user. 1

We are AD integrated with 4.1(3)SR4d. I went to associate a device to a
user and got this after selecting the device and pressing Update to
Associate 1 Device

 

Any ideas?
