Number one... escalate this to the duty manager if you're not getting
help.

Number two. Has your password changed? Does it include any special
characters like &? I know I couldn't use that.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC Express Historical Reporting Help

Couple of months ago I got IPCC express premium setup and working
here. About a week after deploying I installed the CRS Report client
on my PC.

It was pretty simple the whole process that is. I just had to add a
user (Tools - Historical Reporting - User Configuration), install the
client software on my PC and then log in.

Now at some point over the holidays it stopped working. I launch the
client, log in as usual and I get denied basically.

I know the username and password is fine. So I am lost.

I opened a TAC case and well the person helping me is telling me that
you can't use the client on a PC that is on a domain. That the client
needs to belong to the same workgroup as the IPCC servers, and that
you have to log in as an admin on the PC setup in the workgroup.

I tried explaining that this was working, IPCC servers are in their
own workgroup, but the clients have always been on domain based PC's.
It was working fine, so I know it is capable of working in this
scenerio. However now I am not getting any further help because
according to this person I have to be setup as I previously mentioned.

Anyway, I am stuck now trying to figure out what I can do to trouble
shoot this more since I am not going to get any help from TAC on this.

If anyone has any advice or things to do or check I would appreciate
hearing from you.
