[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Historical Reporting Help

Have you updated CRS at all ? I got login errors after updating CRS to
4.0something SR1. I had to reinstall the historical reporting client to get
it to work again (uninstall and reinstall). I guess they changed something
and it doesnt have an auto update feature like CAD does.
