[cisco-voip] Call Manager Express

Thanks for the info.  The phones are 7941s.  I'm checking on the phone
load now but I'm sure it will be an older version...

You did not mention the type of phone nor the phone load being used.
There were a couple of similar issues resolved for the phones below in
the listed phone loads.

I'm seeing random phones on call manager express go into a state where
if you pick up the handset there is no dial tone.  You have to also
press a line button to get dial tone.  If I reset the phone it will go
back to normal.  Anyone seen this?
