[cisco-voip] CCM "provide out-side dial tone" problem

Dear Mike,
Thanks a lot for the guide, but after checking all the DNs, patterns,
meet-me number... etc., there is no overlap. But after I dialed "9", CCM
seems forward it to gateway directly instead of providing the dial tone. Is
there any other configuration I need to double verify? Many thanks for your
kind help.
