[cisco-voip] q931 > inbound from PSTN calling party number

I wonder why the telco isn't delivering the calling party number to me??
This is a MGCP gateway and 7900s show Unknown Number for every inbound
call. Primary-5ESS switchtype and NI2 signaling.
